I believe that anybody, with any body – can do yoga. You don’t have to be flexible, or strong; these are things that come with good guidance and consistent practice. When I first encountered yoga in Boston in 2010, I thought it was all about how deeply I could force myself into a pose. Thankfully I have learned much since then and cannot wait to share my knowledge and experience with you.
If you moved to Budapest from abroad like me, and find yourself missing a juicy, flowy, well-balanced and well-playlisted vinyasa flow class taught in English – look no further. Non-native speakers are welcome too: come practice your English while expanding your yoga repertoire. Each class is built around a peak pose; something challenging and comfort-zone-expanding, while caring for our bodies with a proper warmup sequence and a deeply relaxing savasana at the end. My classes are suitable for all levels; I provide options within most asanas for those more toward the beginning of their yoga journey, as well as those with a stable, experienced practice under their belt.
I also offer private classes for yogis who want an experience that focuses 100% on them and their yoga goals.
